Maryland CDA reduces rates to 3.5% with 0 points! August 22, 2011

These rates are fantastic, but might not last long. CDA has recently changed their policy regarding interest rates. They do not give notice before rates changed, so to take advantage of this super low rate, you may need to make a move FAST!
