One Saturday of each month, join Patti for a workshop to learn the ins and outs of the TONS of home buyer grant programs available for first time buyers and creative ways to get money for down payment and closing costs. Besides learning about these grants, we will get familiar with the home financing process, what changes have been occuring, and how to optimize your credit score. What better way to spend a Saturday?

I heard the Balto. Co. Malp Grant is out of money. Is this true?

No! The seminars are totally free.

I close on my home in May and need to know more about the first time home buyer’s program. Can you please provide some information that can get me started?

I am a first time home buyer and don”t have much money to work with. I am interested in coming to your workshop June 6th, 2009 from 11am-noon. I wanted to know is there really any releaf help for closing cost or downpayments.

Went to the location on York rd on Saturday @ 11am for the seminar. Office was closed and no sign posted as to cancellation.
